According to the results of additional audit, the customs authority left the decisions made unchanged. These decisions were protested in the court. The court considered actions of the customs authority illegal and determined to cancel the decision on the adjustment of the customs value and classification, as well as to compensate the damage caused to the goods as a result of collection of samples and test specimens. Regrading has been detected and recommendations have been given on adjusting commercial and transport documents. The customs authorities have been provided with reliable information.

Task: Send an offset printing machine for export in the shortest time possible

Solution: GD execution prior to arrival to transshipment site

Result:

The GD has been submitted and executed within four hours before the equipment arrives to the transshipment site. The container was fed for loading in the shortest possible time, which allowed to load the equipment and send the container by the nearest sea vessel

Task: Organize the handling of export cargo in a non-standard package from a remote region of the country

Solution: Transportation from a remote region by rail in covered wagons and repacking into sea containers for further shipment by sea
